Audiences as customers of television are providing instant feedback on online fan forums to TV producers is being argued that viewers are unconsciously become free labours and voluntarily exploited after the transformation of television as well as frequent interactions between producers and audiences. I am strongly in favor of Mark Andrejevic’s opinions (2007) saying an online fan site is an essential part of the production process. I interpret it as a kind of interactive behaviours which no matter audience loves the production by writer or not, they keep on giving suggestions and writer should take the responsibility in paying attentions on a large amount of comments from audiences since those feedback helps to enhance the quality of production. Being a viewer, Mark (2007) said we change our watching habit from passiveness to activeness, a sort of watching TV shows to to be watched. TWop, a platform for audiences to freely discuss the viewpoint of production by mocking it or glorifying it. It is important to create a such kind of public sphere to audiences and writers because they are givers and receivers at the same time. Audiences, giving ideas on online fan sites as if their comments could really be “seen” and finally become an “insider”. Writers, exploring or “borrowing” different ideas and tailoring a rich TV show for audiences. An example from k-pop female group EXID, who held a voting on official fans website to decide what kind of live show their fans want to see. It is vital to say that since this kind of win-win situation is beneficial to mass media industry as well as stakeholders.

Concerning about audience and producer in relation to win-win situation, would it be a kind of universal law that viewer groups engage in creative activity, producer selects some of advices to make a greater show. Although audiences seem to be exploited, they are willing and enjoyed to do that sometimes in order to entertain themselves. However, deeply taking into account about the nature of audiences as customers, they are not that easily to be satisfied and pleased even the quality of show has been enhanced. Audiences themselves are eager to look for something fun actively rather than passively watching it at home. When the tailor-made show disappointed audiences, not only negative comments will be received, but extremely low viewership ratings will be gotten at the same time.
